SERVICES:
I specialize in multi-course private dinners. Groups of 6-16 guests are the ideal size because I am able to provide attention to each plate before it leaves the kitchen. A dinner can be composed of 4-6 (or more) plated courses, with, or without wine pairing.
I occasionally do "family style" dinners. Please reach out by phone or email to discuss your needs. I will assess and inform you as soon as possible whether I am able to fulfill your request.
PRICE RANGE:
$200-$300 per person, depending on number of courses, and whether a wine option is chosen. Additionally, there is a 20% service charge + staff. If party is up to 12 guests, I can provide tableware for a fee. Otherwise, rentals from a local company can be an option. DEPOSIT: a $500 deposit is required to hold the date and design a menu. One menu revision is allowed after the first draft is submitted. The $500 deposit is applied to the total.
TERMS:
A minimum of six guests is required to book a private dinner. Guests must be 21 and older. Client agrees to a prix-fixe menu. Extreme food allergies can be taken into consideration, however, due to the complexity of my menus, substitutions are politely declined. Unfortunately, an all vegan, or an all vegetarian menu cannot be accommodated at this time.
